Kindness Challenge Day 11: Mindfulness!

It is important to dedicate a moment each day to yourself! Taking a break from the constant distractors (ie. technology, loud noise, etc.) we are surrounded by everyday, gives us the opportunity to focus on oneself. Find a quiet space where you can sit for two minutes by yourself. Think about something you are proud and grateful for. Share with a friend if you’d like.
