The Brookwood Justice League from Brookwood School, completed a project about plastic pollution in the ocean and what people can do to help. The students did a number of things to help raise awareness for this important issue including: recommending videos for classes to watch, presenting at an assembly, creating a large display showing the problem of plastic pollution in the ocean, putting up a personal plastic reduction pledge sheet for parents and students to sign, and even selling coffee and hot chocolate to raise money for a group that is fighting plastic pollution in the ocean.
