HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Ms. Ramdyal’s grade 1 students enjoyed the AnimalTales program. The word ‘responsible’ came up in the books and also appears in their school character code. They talked about what it means to be responsible students, friends and pet owners. They also discussed how animals have feelings similar to how we do! They came to school excited to talk about how they take good care of their pets at home.
