HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Mrs. Szawlowski’s Grade Six Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and the discussion that was had after each one. Students discussed how animals have seen them through some hard times in their own lives, how they have seen service dogs working in the community, and how pets are a lifelong, expensive and serious commitment.
