The students enjoyed the stories and the discussion that followed especially with the books A Horse Called Lucky and A Home for Dakota. The students also created a Kindness Tree in their classroom, writing any kind acts they witnessed on the leaves. Bravo Grade 4!

Mrs. Shortt’s Grade 3 Class participated in the AnimalTales program. They used the Dog Dollars and Sense activity as an extension to learning about estimation in mathematics! Students made connections between caring for animals and caring for people. Well done, Grade 3!
