Major General Griesbach School, Edmonton

Mrs. Kozak’s Grade Three students participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed listening to the stories, It’s Raining Cats and Cats and Tanna’s Owl. The students seemed to connect with the animal characters more than the human characters in both the stories. Good job, Grade 3!

Wembley Elementary School, Wembley

Mr. Beauvais’ Grade Three Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and the discussion and activities after each book. The students especially enjoyed playing the ‘Which Animal Would You Adopt?’ game! Way to go, Grade 3!

Uncas Elementary School, Ardrossan

Mrs. Wyllie’s Grade One Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed listening to the stories and the discussion that followed each one. Students talked about animal behaviour and used their own experience to relate to the books. Bravo, Grade 1!

Silver Springs School, Calgary

Mrs. Bates Grade Six Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed listening to the story Rescue & Jessica: A Life-Changing Friendship. Great conversation was had in regards to how animals and people can help each other. Students also shared experiences they had with assistance dogs. Great job, Grade 6!
