HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Mrs. Bruce’s Grade Three Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the books and the discussion and activities that followed each story. After reading Buddy Unchained, the students became empathetic to Buddy’s previous poor situation. The students talked about helping animals in need – rather than doing nothing.
