HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Ms. Sato’s and Mrs. LeBouthillier’s Grade 3/4 split participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and the discussion questions and activities that followed. Oh Theodore! was a perfect fit with their poetry unit, and studetns wrote their own Top 10 list of reasons why they love their pet, like The Tenth Good Thing About Barney. Students shared connections of their personal experience with their animals and what they learned through the program.
