HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Mrs. Lambert’s Grade Two Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the books, especially Hey Little Ant!, and the conversations that followed. Students demonstrated empathy by critically thinking about if it is ethical/kind to stomp on an ant. Students reflected thoughtfully about their answers.
