HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Mrs. Guba’s Class participated in the AnimalTales program. After reading Hey, Little Ant the students researched about ants. Through discussing responsible pet ownership, the students realized how much money, time, and care is involved when you own a pet. Taking what they learned through class discussion and the AnimalTales program, the students demonstrate empathy when dealing with the animals on the colony!
