Mrs. Stang’s Grade Three Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students related to and enjoyed the four books as well as the discussion questions and activities that followed each story. In particular the students enjoyed researching ‘strange’ animals behaviours and looking at significant animals in different countries! Way to go, Grade 3!

Arrowwood School, Arrowwood

Ms. Williams’ Grade 3/4 Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the books Tanna’s Owl and It’s Raining Cats and Cats! The students furthered their learning to include endangered wild animals in Alberta, and discovered what they can do to help! Way to go students!

St. Michael’s School, Bow Island

Mrs. Gutfriend’s Grade Four Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and had great discussion following each book! The students even made a Kindness Tree as a post-reading activity. Way to go, Grade 4!

Erskine School, Erskine

Miss Chaffin’s Kindergarten Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and the activities that followed each book. The more the students had the book read to them, the more ideas and thinking was created. Good job, Kinders!
