Miss Vant Erve’s Grade 3’s participated in the Kindness Challenge 2017! The students spread kindness to self, others, animals, and the environment for 15 consecutive days! On Day 13, to show their appreciation, the students wrote cards and notes to important people in their school! Way to go Grade 3!

The students of Out of School Care completed the Kindness Challenge 2017! The students enjoyed spreading kindness to self, others, animals, the environment, everyday from December 1st to 15th! Amazing job!

Ms. Heitman’s students were some of the first to complete the Kindergarten AnimalTales program. After reading the stories the students loved drawing pictures that showed examples of how they would care for a pet! Great job Kinders!

Mrs. Shortt’s Grade 3’s completed the AnimalTales book program. After they read the stories, the students enjoyed having discussions on their opinions that were facilitated by the ‘Pet’ activity cards! Bravo Grade 3!

Mrs. Lissinna’s students were some of the first to complete the Kindergarten AnimalTales program. The students especially loved the Who Am I? activity, playing the game on their own at center time. Using the ‘Every One Counts’ poster, the students transferred what they learned about pets, from the books, to all animals. Awesome job Kinders!

Mrs. Strydhorst’s Grade 2 class completed the AnimalTales program.The books provided a good ‘launching pad’ for classroom discussions! Student enjoyed telling their own stories from home and listed responsibilities they have with their own pets. Amazing job Grade 2!
