HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Mrs. Hawes’ Grade One Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and the discussion and activities that followed each one. The students watched videos of cat body language and compared it to the characters in the stories. Students were able to make connections between their pets and how they treated them, through discussion.
