HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Mr. Mandrusiak’s Grade 4 Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students like animals, so the books gave a message in a way that the students really connected with. A Home for Dakota really made the students think about empathy. The students noticed how the characters, Sweeties and Dakota, where much a like in that they both were losing their hair.
