HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Ms. Zuba’s Grade Three Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and the activities and discussions that followed each book. Students shared their own experiences of adopting a family pet and they especially enjoyed the ‘Hen Life Cycle’ activity after reading Sonya’s Chickens! The students are now wanting to help out programs/organizations that provide support to animals in need!
