HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Mrs. Szawlowski’s Grade 6 students participated in the AnimalTales program. The books were read as a class and had wonderful discussions after each story. Students related the books to their own lives. Some of the discussions revolved around researching before becoming a pet owner and good vs. bad reasons for becoming a pet owner!
