HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT

Tofield School, Toefield

Mrs. Netik’s Grade 6 Class participated in the Every One Counts contest. Working either individually or in pairs, the students chose an animal and wrote a couple paragraphs on why the animal counts and what actions people need to do to treat the animal with respect. Each write up had an accompanying illustration and then was compiled into one ‘Every One Count’ class book! Some of the animals included: wolves, mice, hammerhead sharks, cows, emus, and owls.
