HELPING TEACHERS INSPIRE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS, PEOPLE & THE ENVIRONMENT
Ms. Faganello’s students participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and had great discussions after reading each book. In particular, students had a great discussion on ‘forgotten animals’ and how even though some animals live outside, they still need to be taken care of. Students made a classroom pledge to make sure that all animals, under their care, had warm spots in the winter.
