Mrs. Preston-Hucik’s Grade 4 Class from Livingstone School collected donations of supplies and money as part of a “Furry Friends Fundraiser” to help their local SPCA and Better Chance Animal Rescue in Pincher Creek. They had a chance to tour the shelter when they dropped off their donations! Great work, Grade 4!

Mrs. Hochstein’s Grade 3 Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the books and the discussions after each book. A Kindness Tree was also made, where student’s acknowledged acts of kindness they witnessed in the classroom! The students even wrote letters of empathy! Good job, Grade 3!

Mrs. Mayer’s Grade One Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and were able to easily related to the animals in the stories and the situations they were in.
