Five Needs of Animals - Sticker Activity

The Five Needs of Animals Sticker Activity is a follow-up to The Five Needs of Animals Video Series that explains what people need to provide to domestic animals to ensure the maintenance their health and well-being. 

There are two versions of this activity. An activity sheet version and an online Google Slides version.

Activity Sheet Version:

To complete this version of the activity, each student will require one sticker sheet and one activity sheet. To receive a class set of sticker sheets, click the button on the right (you will be asked for your school/classroom info and feedback on the toolkit). 

There are two versions of the activity sheet. Version A is designed for younger students (suggested for grades 1-2) and Version B is designed for older students (suggested for grades 3-6). Use the version that will work best with your students. 

Google Slides Version:

To complete this version of the activity, each student will require access to a computer and a copy of the Google Slides file. There are two versions of the Google Slides. Version A is designed for younger students (suggested for grades 1-2) and Version B is designed for older students (suggested for grades 3-6). Be sure to make a copy of the Google Slides so that students are able to edit the slides to complete the activity.

This activity is part of the Humane Educator’s Toolkit. Feedback on the toolkit is requested to receive your free class set of stickers. (Only available to Alberta teachers.)
