Bishop David Motiuk School, Edmonton

Ms. Rebkowich’s Grade Two Class participated in the AnimalTales Program. The students enjoyed the stories and the discussion and activities that followed each book. Students especially enjoyed the charades game (reading body language) that followed Max Talks to Me! Bravo, Grade 2!

Stratford School, Edmonton

Mr. Rana’s Grade One Class participated in the AnimalTales Program. The students enjoyed the stories and the discussion that followed each one. A lot of great discussion on empathy occurred, especially after the students read Hey Little Ant! Way to go, Grade 1!

Sweet Grass School, Edmonton

Ms. Rincon’s Grade Three Class participated in the AnimalTales program. The students enjoyed the stories and the discussion and activities that followed each book. Students had respectful debates, wrote opinion articles and persuasive pet adoption advertisements! Way to go, Grade 3!

Muir Lake School, Stony Plain

The students made a Kindness Tree, played charades and retold the story of Not Norman by filling in speech bubbles for Norman! Fantastic job, Grade 2!
