|Virtual Fetal Pig Dissection
An online program complete with study guides to demonstrate each system and quizzes with immediate feedback. Uses close-up photos of a fetal pig dissection. Shockwave animations illustrate each part and its function.
The classic has been updated and now includes the “Virtual Frog Builder Game.” Also includes simple 3-D effect movies and links to many frog-related sites.
Updated in 2002 from the earlier Interactive Frog Dissection. A step-by-step examination of a frog as each layer is exposed. Each step features an accompanying video and audio explanation, and a “Guess What?” button that displays interesting facts.
